An ATV route north of Cusco bringing together three very different stops: Morada de los Dioses, with its enormous stone sculptures carved by local artisans and inspired by Andean cosmovision; Piuray Lake, with its open views of the mountain range; and the Maras Salt Mines, thousands of salt pans worked since before Inca times.
As on all our ATV routes, before setting off you get a safety briefing, full gear and driving practice with the guide.
How the tour works
Pickup and departure to Morada de los Dioses. The exact pickup time is arranged once your booking is confirmed on WhatsApp, according to the available shift.
Safety briefing and driving practice. Before setting off by ATV you will get a safety briefing, your gear, and a driving practice session with the guide.
Morada de los Dioses. We ride the ATVs along the trails of this attraction and take in the enormous stone sculptures carved by local artisans, inspired by Andean cosmovision.
Piuray Lake. We continue to Piuray Lake, on the Chinchero road, to enjoy the scenery and the open views of the mountain range.
Maras Salt Mines. Our last stop is the Maras Salt Mines, thousands of salt pans fed by a natural spring and worked by local communities since before Inca times.
Return. After the visit we head back to the city of Cusco. The finishing time is confirmed according to the booked shift.
