Before you book
How long should I acclimatise in Cusco first?
At least one full day before any high-altitude tour. Cusco sits at 3,400 m and several of our routes go above 4,000 m. Arriving and climbing the same day makes altitude sickness very likely.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You send the request, we confirm availability, and only then do we arrange payment. We accept Yape, Plin, Visa and Mastercard.
Do tours run every day?
Regular departures do. The Inca Trail depends on Ministry of Culture permits, which sell out months ahead.
How big are the groups?
We work with small groups. If you prefer a private service, message us for a quote.
Which languages do the guides speak?
Spanish and English. For other languages, ask us in advance.
